- K3 Kitchen Specialist 2-year apprenticeship and 1-2 years of professional experience
2,900 to 3,050 € - K4 Cook / Chef 3-year apprenticeship and 1-2 years of professional experience OR Kitchen Specialist with 2-year apprenticeship and from the 3rd year of professional experience
3,000 to 3,200 € - K5 Cook / Chef 3-year apprenticeship and from the 3rd year of professional experience OR Kitchen Specialist with 2-year apprenticeship and from the 5th year of professional experience
3,200 to 3,350 € - K6 Cook / Chef, Demi-Chef de Partie From the 4th year of professional experience
3,350 to 3,450 € - S7 Assistant Head of Service, Service Section Manager 3,450 to 3,700 €
- K8 Sous Chef, Deputy Head Chef 3,900 to 4,450 €
- K9 Head Chef / Executive Chef Including trainer qualification
4,650 to 5,500 €
- + Module 1: Shift Work More than 6 hours difference in start times / work commencement AND fully flexible shifts on all days of the week (possible bonus for K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7)
+ 100 € - + Module 2: Shift Leader (possible bonus for K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6)
+ 200 € - + Module 3: Certified Trainer Trainer with official training responsibility (possible bonus for K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8)
